The stats are that P Nichols has won this race 6 times including the last 4 years and he runs REBEL REBBELLION the form of his last run hasn't worked out that well and he will have to be good to beat CAPTAIN CONAN but this would have been the target so at 12/1 e/w we will be hoping he can get 1st or 2nd.

Mrs Harrington sends MALLER TREE over from Ireland and Geraghty rides - finished strong to win at Naas last time beating Texas Jack [winner since] that was over 2 miles 4 [soft] which he will get today- but the way he finished suggests the extra furlong should be no problem and at 10/1 looks another solid e/w.

WISHFULL THINKING 10/11 got beat by the impresive For Non Stop last time and should take all the beating here little concern the way the Hobbs team have been running but they did have a winner yesterday with Joseph Mercer.

DOMINATION 11/2 is another coming over from Ireland and another that was finishing strong last time which should be ideal for the uphill finish and could get the better of Cash And Go with the Henderson team struggling to get in the winners enclosure - there is a stat in this race C A Murphy has had 8 runners at the course with 6 hitting the frame and he runs GLAM GERRY 20/1 into 10/1

CONYGREE 8/1 e/w- will try and see them all off from the front but could set it up for BONDAGE 15/2 win -who will relish the uphill finish and with A P on board to carry him over the line.

We were very impressed with WESTWARD POINT  8/1 e/w last time McCoy takes the ride instead of the Miss R Curtis MONKEY KINGDOM 8/1 e/w will take that as a tip - but MONKEY KINGDOM shouldnt be far away getting a handy 10lb off from P Corbetts claim and we can see both hitting the frame.
