nice to have some racing on channel 4 in midweek i have only picked a few e/w bets so far for today,IRISH HEARTBEAT should be at home with  the going heading towards the soft side in the 2 00 BALTI BOYS showed a good turn of foot last time and should be on the premises in the 2 30 we are going with SANAD in the 4 15 seems to have got in lightly, Jeremy Noseda was off form for a couple of weeks but seems to be coming back and we will give CLUB OCEANIC  4 50 a chance ,as for a nap and n/best we will post them on sportsliveradio later and on twitter
